Sending you all lots of love as this year comes to an end❤️

Most often the reason why we feel so stressed, disappointed and disheartened is because we have a fixed way of how things should be in our mind. We tell ourselves we need to be in a certain place in our lives by a certain time and if we’re not we feel like a failure and that everyone else is getting ahead.

One of the biggest lessons that 2020 has taught us is the importance of surrendering and letting go. You might have a fixed idea of how things should go but then the Universe might have a whole different (and even better!) plan for you. But if you refuse to let go of how you needed and expected things to be, you’ll fail to see the blessings that have and are coming your way.

Yes 2020 was an extremely challenging year, but it wasn’t a wasted one. It taught us to go inwards and get to know ourselves on a much deeper level. It taught us to become more resilient, to deal with uncertainty, loss and realise what’s truly important in life. I believe it was a year of planting the seeds for wonderful things to grow in the future.

As it’s the last day of the year tomorrow I invite you to celebrate yourself by writing down a list of the things you’ve done this year that you’re proud of and 10 things that you LOVE about yourself.

Thank you so much for being here with me, and for all of your lovely comments & messages over the past year, which I am truly grateful for.
