1:1 Coaching: 90 days of confidence & self-love

My 90 day 1:1 coaching programme is for you if you are an ambitious woman who who falls into one of the following categories:

  1. You feel like you’re lacking confidence to take things to the next level, to express yourself and put yourself out there more.
  2. You are finding it hard to have a balance in your life. Your life is consumed by work or putting others needs before your own, and the relationship you have with yourself has been neglected and you’re feeling tired and burnt out.

If we choose to work together, we will look at your life as whole because if you’re feeling unhappy with one area of your life, chances are other areas are being impacted too. Over the 12 weeks, we will work on creating a more loving relationship towards yourself from the inside out so that you can start experiencing life with more joy, love, confidence and courage to start taking action towards making magic happen in your life. Life is way too short to be holding yourself back from doing what you are meant to be doing.

We will begin by doing a declutter in your life, which is essentially doing a deep dive into looking at what’s blocking you back from being more fulfilled right now. We’ll look at your lifestyle and habits and work on areas including goal setting, time management, relationships and self-love.

Our sessions will include a mix of coaching and theta healing techniques to incorporate both working through unblocking your subconscious limiting beliefs, and being very practical and working on creating practises in your life that enable you to feel more energised, purposeful and confident. Each session will be followed up with homework for you to complete before the next session and we will be tracking your progress throughout our journey together. As your coach I am here to guide you and hold you accountable, but it is your responsibility to put in the work and take action as you will only get from this programme whatever you put in.

Before coaching, I was focussed too much on what other people would think and constantly put myself down. Aliya essentially helped me to realise how unproductive this was and how in order to get the results I wanted, I had to believe in myself: she gave me the tools to grow confidence. And I did.
