Before coaching, I was focussed too much on what other people would think and constantly put myself down. Aliya essentially helped me to realise how unproductive this was and how in order to get the results I wanted, I had to believe in myself: she gave me the tools to grow confidence. And I did. After just one session, I went to a job interview and I could not have delivered a better performance. I never thought I would have received feedback that I was “punchy and willing to engage in debate”, which impressed them. Taking the other five sessions helped me to practice the techniques Aliya taught me which I will carry on doing throughout my career and personal life.
I couldn’t emphasise enough how great her sessions are. She’s passionate about what she does and takes them so seriously. I’m so glad she’s helped me start my confidence journey and I definitely look forward to some sessions in the future.

You used a lot of visualising tools. I noticed while working with you, you tried to get me to dig deep to figure out the answers on my own. What I like about your coaching is that the sessions are long enough and you follow up by using voice notes.
Of course doing the homework is essential and it is not just a one day thing it is a continuous thing which is sometimes challenging but with coaching I realised I need to call myself out when i fall back into old bad habits. Through coaching I learnt how to deal with emotions in a healthier manner and mainly to focus on being more proactive rather than reactive.
