Studies have shown that the first person you share your goal with will have a huge impact on whether or not you choose to pursue your goal. So this basically means that unless you have a cheerleader in your life who fiercely believes in you and pushes you towards pursuing your dreams, it’s likely that those who are more negative around you will be holding you back from reaching your true potential.

If you want to be confident, pursue your goals, feel happier in yourself, you MUST surround yourself with people who think positively and have an abundant mindset.

Those times of being negative about yourself, overthinking everything, comparing yourself to everyone else and feeling like you’re just never enough are OVER. You are now ready to start filling your own cup and make self-love a part of who you are.

So how does it work?

I offer an initial complimentary consultation (either in person or via video call) where we’ll discuss the challenges that you’re facing and what you’d like some support with to see if we’re a right fit.

We will work together for a minimum of 3-6 months as this is the amount of time needed to really build solid foundations for a more positive relationship with yourself and to start taking action out of your comfort zone in different areas of your life. We’ll work through your mindset, beliefs, delve into your habits and create a plan to change your behaviours.

We will meet every two weeks (either in person or via video call), and after each session you will have homework to follow up with afterwards. I am also in regular contact with my clients in between sessions via Whatsapp.

Not only am I your coach, I am also your friend and your biggest cheerleader. I am here to fully support you on your journey and will be holding you accountable in between our meetings.

But before you commit to this process, I need you to know that it will require your FULL dedication over the next few months. You must be willing to put in your time, energy and be ready to step out of your comfort zone.
